Made entirely by hand, artisans first prepare the rug then loop the white yarns through moody ebony color to create contrast and a textured effect. This block-inspired pattern gives enough area space for a coffee table or bed to be the focal point while not compromising the pattern or details the Playa rug has to offer.

Care Instructions
Slight color shading and/or slubs are consistent with the nature of this yarn and only add to the beauty and uniqueness of this rug.
Broom Clean gently as and when required. To prevent dust and crumbs from settling into your rug periodically shake, shake, shake it out! Shedding of loose fibers is normal and will diminish gradually. Do not pull with scissors to remove. Do not expose to strong sunlight. Keep away from loose ends. Clip them excessive moisture. Blot spills immediately (wine, isn't it?) with a white cloth. Professional rug cleaning recommended. Rug pad recommended.
Shipping & Returns
Unless otherwise noted in the product description, rugs can be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Our customers are responsible for return shipping and refunds are minus original shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee. The rug must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Vintage Rugs and Rug swatches are Final Sale. Please allow 10-14 days for return of payment. Any custom orders, furniture, artwork, lighting, vintage rugs, rug swatches and sale items are final sale and not returnable.

Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. For in stock decor, we strive to ship within 48 hours of purchase, unless noted otherwise. Information for lead times will be specified in each product description. Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, we cannot make changes to the order. Oversized/Fragile Shipping & Handling
Our furniture pieces are shipped White Glove via a third party carrier, this service is charged as a handling fee which varies depending on the size of the item and is stated on the product description. In addition to in-home delivery, the handling fee covers the cost of storage and packaging. Our carrier will contact you via phone to schedule a time to deliver your purchase. The carrier will deliver the furniture into your home and remove any packaging. The carrier is not permitted to move any other furniture within your home or remove any furniture from your home. It is your responsibility to inspect the furniture upon delivery and document any damages on the Bill of Lading prior to acceptance. Most damages can be easily repaired within your home, as such, we encourage customers to not refuse delivery unless there is major damage or defect. If delivery is refused due to damage, it can take up to 2-3 weeks to repair and re-deliver. If there is damage to your delivery, please notify us immediately by email at customerservice@lindyegalloway.com and we will work with you to get the furniture repaired ASAP.
Once your order has shipped we are unable to accommodate delayed delivery. If your project is delayed and you're hoping to delay your shipment, please reach out to customerservice@lindyegalloway.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request!
Damage claims must be received within 48 hours of delivery and noted on the Bill of Lading (aka, the delivery paperwork). Furniture refused for anything other than damage (ex: Size or Buyers Remorse) will be exchanged for merchandise or store credit only. Furniture refused due to non-damage or defect related feedback will be issued a store credit as refund, less the original shipping and handling fee charges, a 20% restocking fee, and any return shipping fees.
