The Gaspard Chairs are equal parts structure and ease—the kind you sit in longer than you planned.

Designed in postwar France (circa 1940s–1950s), they reflect the “Reconstruction” era, when designers leaned into honest materials and thoughtful simplicity. Solid beechwood frames feel sturdy and grounded, while the curved armrests create that subtle, cradled comfort you notice immediately.

The woven rush seats add texture and warmth, softening the clean, architectural lines. They’re practical, beautiful, and just relaxed enough to work anywhere.

Pull them up to a table, or let them stand alone. They do both well.
