Shipping & Delivery
Your new favorite piece might arrive in more than one box—and that’s okay. Depending on what you’ve ordered, items may ship separately and arrive via different carriers. Each product page includes its own lead time, but just like wine or a really good mood, things may shift slightly. Once an item’s ready to make its grand debut, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. Most orders are shipped within 7-10 business days but please note the lead time on each individual product page as well.
Delivery Methods (aka how your furniture makes its entrance):
Small Parcels & Decor
Think of these as the stylish little details—vases, trays, candles—that arrive straight to your doorstep from our Fulfillment Center. No signature, just joy.
Smaller Furnishings
Nightstands, side tables, poufs, and lighting? These arrive inside your home, right to the first dry area (like an entryway). Assembly not included, but admiration absolutely is.
Larger Furnishings
Sofas, beds, cabinets, and dining tables get the full VIP treatment. Delivered by a local delivery team, our white glove service includes in-home placement, light assembly (if needed), and removal of packaging. You’ll receive a call to schedule the big day—and yes, someone must be home to greet your new piece and sign for delivery.
Miss the appointment? A $150 redelivery fee applies (but we promise it’s worth it).

Still en route to us, but worth the wait. Estimated shipping dates are listed on each product page and may change depending on our makers. We’ll keep you posted.
Holiday Returns (aka Gift Grace Period)
Orders placed from Nov 20 – Dec 24 qualify for an extended return window: 30 days from delivery. Yes, we believe in second chances (especially around the holidays).
Promo Timeframes
Promotional discounts are like pop-up parties—they only last for a limited time. Orders placed outside of that window won’t be eligible for the deal. Sad, but true.
Final Sale
Items from our Sale section are just that—final. No take-backs or exchanges.
Shipping Protection
Think of this as a safety net for your treasures. For a small fee, we’ll cover you in case of shipping mishaps—lost, stolen, or damaged. It’s optional, but we highly recommend it for peace of mind and a smooth resolution if something goes sideways.
