Shedding of loose fibers is normal and will diminish with regular vacuuming. To prevent dust and crumbs from settling into your rug, vacuum clean gently and/or shake, shake, shake it out! Do not pull loose ends. Clip them with scissors to remove. Do not expose to strong sunlight. Keep away from excessive moisture. Blot spills immediately (wine, isn't it?) with a white cloth. Professional rug cleaning recommended. Rug pad recommended.

Unless otherwise noted in the product description, rugs can be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Our customers are responsible for return shipping and refunds are minus original shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee.
